Pandi, the manager, upgraded me to a private pool villa after I mentioned concerns about the original room location. Pandi also provided useful tips for planning my itinerary, I am grateful for his help. Tika at reception greeted me with warmth and remained helpful throughout my stay.

The villa's air conditioning was not working optimally.

The breakfast options were extensive. I recommend including breakfast in your package (especially the fresh fruit). Dinners also proved fantastic, and the restaurant staff provided great service. I found the restaurant to be really good.

the staff provided friendly service. the pool was great. the food at the restaurant was also good. i found the surroundings peaceful.

i noticed broken wooden stairs leading to the upper floor. i requested room cleaning multiple times, but no one came. i thought the room had a persistent odor and there were no air fresheners.

The breakfast was generous. the staff were helpful. Emi deserves a special mention. the room was huge and the outdoor bathroom included an enormous bath. i found the spa well worth a visit. I had the best massage. i recommend getting a room with a pool for an afternoon dip.

The location is a little outside of town. Taxis are needed, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus.
